The
gushing rhythm of the river flowing
The
soothing sound comforts the heart
River
is on its way eagerly to meet the sea

tall trees harmoniously swaying
Matching
the tunes of the winds blowing
Merrily
dancing on the melody
Clouds
came by calmly floating
Casting
shadows on the banks of river
Pregnant
with water threatening to fall
Range
of mountains at a distance
Looking
like a necklace of emerald
Guarding
the meadows from storms
The
Sun shining at the brightest
As
bright as a rarest diamond
Its
light giving the life to all forms
The
birds chirping at sunset
It’s
time to go back to the nest
The
world too is going to rest

Earth
Let

Humans
must learn from past mistakes
To
take precautions to save our planet

take measures to rectify further damage
Earth
is at a very vulnerable state
It’s
getting warmer day by day
Its
water is getting depleted scarcer
It’s
greenery is losing luster
Its
forests are getting smaller
Its
birds are dying of thirst
Its
animals are dying of hunger
Its
flowers are withering away
Humans
suffering at their own cost
It’s
the result of ignoring the signs
Time
has come to realize its worth
And
to treat Earth as our mother

Lubna Ahmed is a certified Master NLP (Neurological
Linguistic Programming) Practitioner. She is NLP Workshop Facilitator and Soft
Skills trainer. Certified Advanced Life Coach. Personal Excellence coach, in one to one sessions. Conducts
SuperKoolKids Art Therapy workshops. Lubna reside in Delhi with her family. She
has been brought up in an academic & bureaucratic environment as her late
father Late Dr. Mahfooz Ahmed, was a world renowned economist and educationist.
Her schooling was done in Delhi and International schools abroad where her
father was posted on UNO assignments. Lubna graduated with first class marks in
Science Zoology Honors from Aligarh Muslim University Aligarh. She holds
diploma in Travel & Tourism and Export Management. Lubna love to write romantic poems, her love
poems are spiritual & has mystical aura, as related to her by friends all
over the world. She has a passion for words, has written several science
academic papers, articles, short stories and children poems. There is an
exquisite flow in her poems with inspiring divine energy. She has managed to
carve a niche’ for herself in the literary world by her ever so simple 'Love
poems'. ‘Princess Lubna’ is her pen name, her writers’ identity. Lubna has been
a voracious reader since childhood. She has written many poems for National and
International Anthologies. Lubna is an avid traveler. She has traveled to more
than 35 countries in USA, Europe and Asia. She has been moving forward continuously
in her life exploring & experiencing various aspects of life and its
mysteries. She is lately drawn tremendously towards spirituality. She has
undergone a transformation from being a professional PRO to a talented writer.
